Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your Bible Quiz account, and exactly what is removed.

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

Open Bible Quiz and make sure you are signed in.
Tap Profile in the bottom bar.
Tap Security.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This cannot be undone. Your login and your progress are erased straight away. There is no restore, and no grace period — if you sign up again later you start from zero, with a new account.

Ask us to delete it instead

If you can't sign in, or you'd rather we did it, email us from the address on the account:

Please send it from the email address you used to sign in, so we can be sure the request is really yours, and write “delete my account” in the subject. We complete these within 30 days, usually much sooner. We will never ask you for your password.

What gets deleted

Data	What happens
Login	Deleted — email, password, and any Google or Apple sign-in link

Points & rank	Deleted — you disappear from the leaderboard
Quiz history	Deleted — quizzes played, correct and incorrect answers, completed quizzes
Bookmarks	Deleted — saved questions and saved items
Points history	Deleted

What may remain briefly

Comments you posted in quiz discussions are deleted together with your account, including the replies under them. Replies you wrote under other people’s comments may stay visible without your name linked to an account — ask us if you want those removed too.
Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and clear within 90 days.
Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you are kept — for example a count of how many quizzes were played on a given day.

Deleting the app is not the same thing

Removing Bible Quiz from your phone does not delete your account. Your profile and points stay on our servers until you delete the account using one of the two methods above.
