We reply within 2 business days. To help us help you faster, please include your device (for example “iPhone 15, iOS 26”), the app version from Profile → Settings → About, and the email address on your account.
Use the same method you signed up with — email and password, Google, or Apple. Signing in with Google when you registered by email creates a separate account, so your points won't be there. If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password? on the login screen and we'll email you a reset link.
You earn 10 points for every correct answer. Most quizzes are free to play. The Hard quizzes cost 25 points to enter and the Advanced ones cost 50, so points unlock the harder material. You can also earn points by choosing to watch a rewarded ad. Points are only for use inside the app — they have no cash value.
Points are saved when a quiz finishes, so quitting part-way through won't count. Rank updates as other players score, so it can move on its own. If a total still looks wrong, email us with the quiz name and roughly when you played.
Tell us and we'll check it against the text. Every question carries a Bible reference, which you can see by tapping View Explanation on the review screen — please include that reference in your email. Questions quote public-domain translations, mainly the King James Version and the World English Bible. Where the older wording is hard to follow, a plain-English version appears in brackets; those brackets are our explanatory notes, not part of the Bible text.
Ads keep the app free. There is nothing to buy, and every quiz is available without paying. Rewarded ads are always your choice — you tap to watch one in exchange for points. In Europe and the UK you're asked for consent first, and you can change that choice from Profile → Settings → Ad privacy options.
Go to Profile → Security → Delete Account, or read the account deletion page. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
The content is family-friendly, but the app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, who should not create an account. See the Privacy Policy.
